The marker itself has a velocity adjuster where you can turn the screw clockwise to increase its velocity at high pressure of 5,000 per square inch and counterclockwise to decrease the velocity at low pressure of 1,800 per square inch. Setting your weapon at high pressure enables you to fire at a farther target. If you want save on your gas, you can set it at low pressure.
