The sport of four wheeling has been in the game for quite some time. However, the sport of riding in deep and muddy terrain is growing more popular every day. In fact, some ATV clubs surround this riding experience. Learn more how you can the most from your ATV mud bogging riding.

All riders that hit muddy terrain take the time to get their vehicle prepared for doing so. The ATV straight from the factory is not the one you want to take into serious muddy conditions. Making sure you have airtight airboxes is vital. These steps help to ensure your vehicle is not going to quit on you.

Adding specially designed intake and exhaust snorkel pipes is a must. Some vehicles come with snorkels, but you will want to make sure the ones you have are made for deep watery conditions. These snorkels are an example of the kinds of after market parts you should consider for this kind of riding.

The chain you select for this kind of riding is an important choice. Factory chains are not going to last as long as an O-ring chain will in these conditions. Make sure you use waterproof grease on all pivot points and bearings as well for even greater protection.

Never ride alone when you are going to be in muddy and watery terrain. One reason for this is if you do happen to get bogged down, you will need help getting out. Another is by watching other riders ahead of you, gauging your speed and point of entry into deep mud is easier.

When you go out ATV mud bogging, your enjoyment will be doubled when you take the time to prepare your vehicle. Keep in mind this is a sport climbing the ladder and many people are getting into it, so finding places meant for this kind of riding will also be easier than it used to be.

ATV mud bogging proves that you do not have to have a big mudding truck to have a great time. Mud bogging is a great way to spend time with friends and if your ride can go the distance you will win bragging rights, until the next time anyway.

Fire is a crucial component of wilderness survival. Indeed, in a wilderness survival predicament, only shelter is to be thought of as equal insofar as urgency. The truth is, fire delivers warmth and also serves the dual purpose of providing a signal for rescuers. Not only that, it provides an effective means to make potable water and cook food. The point is, a requirement for survival is fire.

So then, imagine for a moment, that you’re confronted with a scenario where you will have to survive in the wilderness. Let’s say that you’ve wandered off a hiking trail by accident. Or maybe you followed your car’s turn by turn GPS directions, which guided you miles and miles down some dusty unimproved and virtually impassable mountain road where you promptly got stuck. Maybe society finally broke down and the ensuing societal anarchy has made it necessary for you to hike on foot, away from roads and highways, to your crazy Uncle Larry’s 500 acre compound in Wyoming (funny how crazy Uncle Larry turned out the be the sane one). Whatever the situation, there’s no avoiding the need to have the right tools to make fire tucked away in your survival pack. So, what are the most efficient instruments of fire that you should think about having in your ongoing survival list? Consider a few possibilities.

Waterproof matches – The old-school, no-frills, tried and true box of matches. They’re affordable, simple to use, and ultra lightweight. Make sure you have multiple boxes, tuck them in your pack and then forget about them until you need to make a fire.

Waterproof lighter – Like the aforementioned matches, a lighter’s biggest benefit is that you already know how to use it. Not only that, it is relatively effective, and quite easy to lug around. There’s no reason not to have a handful of them packed. If you don’t want to pay for a fancy waterproof model, just get a few ziplock baggies, throw some plain old Bic lighters in, and stow it away.

For some more complicated, but infinitely cooler ways to make fire…

Fire piston – A fire piston functions by placing a small chunk of flammable tinder whether pre-packaged or found in nature, into a tube-like cylinder. You then rapidly plunge the cylinder into an airtight chamber. The rapid compression of the air creates enough heat to ignite the tinder, which you can then use to ignite your fire. A quality fire piston will be both waterproof and essentially indestructible.

Flint and steel – This reliable means for starting a fire consists of obtaining flammable powder from a small block of flint, then igniting the powder with a spark (also generated from the flint). The burning powder will generate a lot of heat, and as long as it’s surrounded by the proper amount of dry tinder, you’ll have a fire in no time.

Finally, unless you have a great deal of experience igniting fires, your survival list should contain starter materials, like a small package of prefabricated tinder, or basic fire starter sticks available in practically any retailer that sells outdoor goods. These materials are cheap as can be and all but guarantee a fire.

Moreover, it should be noted that carrying multiple, redundant ways of starting a fire is highly advisable. It’s all too easy to lose a lighter or burn through all of your waterproof matches. Be sure to take at least two tools for starting a fire. Three or four is even better.

Panama sport fishing is a great vacation plan. The nation has some of the best saltwater angling in the world. Panama means ‘abundance of fish’, and the country is a world class destination for anglers. It holds several world records and some of the best marlin fishing on the face of the globe.

For trophy fish, Pinas Bay is the place to visit. Pinas Bay holds more angling world records than any other place on earth. Anglers seeking trophy fish can stay at the Tropic Star Lodge, a beautiful resort hotel. This is an excellent location for catching black and blue marlin, yellowfin tuna, grouper, snapper, amberjack and Pacific sailfish.

For inland fishing, Gatun Lake is popular for the brilliantly hued peacock bass. The lake also has large populations of other game fish including tarpon and snook. Catch rates here are high with twenty or more fish per person not being an unusual outing.

For those seeking to charter a boat, fees run anywhere from about five hundred dollars for two fishermen on a full day trip to about three thousand dollars for a group of people to charter a boat for three days. Guides are usually knowledgeable and some chartered trips include guarantees on catching a sought after fish, offering discounts if the quest fails.

The best season to come to avoid rain is during a dry season that runs from December to March. However, the action is fierce anytime of year and even during the rainy months tropical storms are rare.

Panama sport fishing is world class fun. The country has many world record fish and catch rates are fast and furious for many varieties of fish. Read more about: panama sport fishing

When talking about custom glocks there are various things that people refer to. There are a number of motives behind personalizing any weapon. These range from increasing the sale price to making it look better. However, the main aim of customizing your glock is to improve your shooting performance.

An essential way to increase your shooting performance under tough situations is by modifying the grip. You should make sure it is secure in your hand. This will assist you in hitting your target even under strain.

Another main problem in sticky situations is the ability to fire well placed rounds in an efficient manner. There are a number of modifications you can do to make this possible. By installing an easy to grip piece onto your slider, the allows you to chamber a round quickly which gives you more time to aim, shoot and move on. These pieces come in a variety of different shapes. Choose the one that will allow you to pull the slide back the easiest.

By replacing your standard trigger assembly with an aftermarket kit you can enhance the way in which you shoot in a number of ways. By bringing the reset stage closer you will be able to fire more rapidly. The reduction of the pull weight on the trigger means you are less likely to pull your weapon off target when firing making you more accurate.

In order to find your target more easily when firing many rounds you will benefit from reducing the kick of the gun. This can be done by fitting a new barrel with holes at the end. The holes allow some of the force to leave the barrel which will help you discharge more bullets in one strike.

Apart from these simple ways to aid you when making crucial shots in stressful situations there are many more ways you can make your shooting more efficient. These include magazine, sighting and holster modifications. The best thing to do is try a few different configurations to find the custom Glocks that suit you the most.

We all have used the internet to learn or research about one thing or another in the past. Due to the huge amount of information we can access online, it is not at all surprising there are also a lot of people who choose to do conduct searches for information over the internet. The thing though is, not everybody enjoys doing online research. In fact, there are a lot of people who would pay you good money to research topics like soccer terms on their behalf.

If we are in need of certain information or need to learn about something, the internet is where we typically go to look for it. So if you want to learn about the various soccer terms used before, during and after every soccer game, it is obvious where you’ll do your research. The question now is, how can you go about gathering this kind of information? The internet, as we all know, is a vast resource of various kinds of information we can easily access, and we can find virtually anything, so long as we are diligent in our search.

All you need to do is to make sure your PC or laptop is connected to the internet and that’s pretty much it. You also need to have the necessary skills that are important in finding and gathering relevant information you can use. Make use of any search engines to pull up a list of websites where these sports terms can be found.

You need to research for specific website content. There are a lot of websites today where you can gather information about the Barcelona sporting club for instance. It will also help you to save time and effort if you can determine exactly what you want to know about your topic.

Online encyclopedias are the best information resources since they are the most reliable, and both webmasters and writers who come up with website content also refer to these resources for facts. The accuracy and reliability of the facts you will be gathering is important and this is something you need to be very particular about. The last thing you want to happen is to end up talking about the wrong things in front of other avid soccer fans.

There are also a few things you can do in order for you to come across these reliable websites. First of all, you need to find websites a lot of other online researchers have used and gathered information from. You can try to participate in various online forums where sports fans and online researchers gather and talk about Ricardo Kaka, websites where they learned anything about the popular midfielder, and anything that has to do with soccer.

These are some of the best places for you to gather firsthand information about soccer, the terms used in the game, and which websites you can go to so you can learn more about the game as you go along. You just have to make sure to take the time and compare the content of at least three different sites to make sure you are indeed gathering quality information for the content that needs to be created.

Decades before mixed martial arts became popular in the United States, events matching fighters of different fighting disciplines were very common in Japan. They weren’t called “mixed martial arts” at the time, but that’s essentially what they were. There’s an entire history of pro wrestlers fighting specialists from other martial arts (particularly judo) that were leaving out, but during the’70’s Antonio Inoki began to put the concept of “mixed martial arts” on the map with his matches against fighters from other disciplines.

Inoki billed himself as ‘World Martial Arts Champion’ and would frequently face other high profile fighters in contests that are generally believed to have had a pre-determined outcome similar to professional wrestling. Inoki faced a ‘who’s who’ of the martial arts world, but none were more famous than heavyweight boxing legend Muhammad Ali.

There’s still much speculation about how Muhammad Ali came to fight Japanese wrestling legend Antonio Inoki, and even more uncertainty about what happened immediately before and during the fight. Ali took the booking because he thought it was to be a big paycheck for little work. Most accounts suggest that his handlers agreed to the ‘worked’ finish without his knowledge, and once he found out that he was to ‘take a dive’ he refused.

Many conspiracy theorists have noted that these rules were never announced to the crowd on fight night, leaving many with the impression that they were being made up as they went along. Action in the fight would further validate this view, but there actually were rules that both camps agreed to heading into the fight. Not surprisingly, most of these were designed to protect Ali. In fact, they were so one-sided that if Inoki hadn’t been so concerned about preserving his big payday he would have been justified in not fighting. Inoki was prohibited from punching with a closed fist or striking Ali in the head (ostensibly since he wasn’t wearing gloves). Inoki was prohibited from using any sort of submission maneuver. The most absurd limitation was that Inoki was prohibited from “grappling or trying to take Ali to the ground”. A few observers noted that this was like not letting Ali throw a jab.

Despite the repeated howls from the media that the fight was ‘fixed’, it was anything but–it was a real fight and painfully boring. Ali did next to nothing, Inoki did whatever he could within the one sided rules. Eventually, Inoki spent most of the fight on the ground trying to throw kicks at Ali’s legs. The event ended up as a 74-74 draw. Both fighters got paid, and the fans got to watch a fight albeit a really, really bad one.

Some interesting trivia about the fight–the referee was former pro wrestler “Judo” Gene Labell, who is considered by many ‘the baddest man on the planet’ even in his 80’s. He could have very likely beaten up both men at the same time–a spectacle that might have been welcomed by the live crowd and closed circuit audience worldwide.

The fiasco didn’t hurt Inoki’s popularity in Japan whatsoever. Oddly, he became something of a hero for trying to take the fight to Ali despite the one sided rules. He would remain one of Japan’s most popular pro wrestlers and later serve in the country’s parliament. Inoki’s fights against other martial artists remained wildly popular, and are often credited as being the forerunner of PRIDE, RINGS and the major MMA organizations in Japan today.

One of England’s most beloved sporting figures, Sir Bobby Robson, yielded to his courageous fight with cancer recently at the age of 75. British soccer fans mourned his passing after a lifetime in the game, first as a player and then a team manager and elder statesman.

Robinson enjoyed a twenty year career as a player, split between the English Premier League clubs of Fulham and West Brom. He also earned twenty ‘caps’ in International play for England, scoring four goals.

After his retirement in’68 as an active player, he found more fame as a team manager. His guiding hand transformed Ipswich Town from a laughing stock to an EPL powerhouse and he would lead the club for well over a decade. He would also serve as the England National Team manager for 8 years, before ending his career in British football with a stint as manager of Newcastle United that ended in 2004.

Robson earned even more love and admiration from his countrymen due to his public battle with cancer. Although a brain tumor left him partially paralyzed in 2006, he never wavered in his commitment to English football or to raising money and awareness for cancer treatment. After being diagnosed with terminal lung cancer in 2007, he dedicated the rest of his life to helping others with the same diagnosis. He started the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation, and raised well over one million pounds for the Sir Bobby Robson Cancer Trials Research Centre in Newcastle.

Even two men who seldom see eye to eye on anything–Former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho and Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson–were in agreement on Robson’s greatness:

“I wanted to and I will keep with me always the Bobby Robson of every day, a person who had extraordinary passion for life and for football, with an extraordinary enthusiasm. Bobby Robson is one of those people who never die, not so much for what he did in his career, for one victory more or less, but for what he knew to give to those who had, like me, the good fortune to know him and walk by his side. My thoughts and embraces go to all his loved ones.”

Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson shared these touching comments:

“In my 23 years working in England there is not a person I would put an inch above him. I was never too big or proud to ask him for advice, which he gave freely and unconditionally. And I’m sure I am speaking for a lot of people when I say that. I mourn the passing of a great friend, a wonderful individual, a tremendous football man and somebody with passion and knowledge of the game that was unsurpassed.”

“His character was hewn out of the coalface; developed by the County Durham mining background that he came from. His parents instilled in him the discipline and standards which forged the character of a colossal human being. He added his own qualities to that which he passed on to his sons. The strength and courage he showed over the past couple of years when battling against his fifth bout of cancer was indescribable. Always a smile, always a friendly word with never a mention of his own problems.”

“The world, not just the football world, will miss him. Let’s hope it won’t be long before another like him turns up because we could never get enough of them.”

There will be another of tributes to Robson in the upcoming English Premier League season. Some teams have already announced plans to honor Robson with a black uniform arm band, while other longer lasting tributes are in the works.

Despite the early struggles of starting QB Kerry Collins, who threw two interceptions, the Tennessee Titans managed to prevail over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday by a 27-20 score. The victory ran Tennessee’s record to 2-0 in the NFL preseason, while the Bucs dropped their first exhibition contest.

Titans coach Jeff Fisher wasn’t happy with his teams performance, particularly their offensive rhythm, despite winning the game:

“We just really didn’t get in synch like we would’ve like to.”

Tampa Bays new head coach Rahim Morris was fairly upbeat after his NFL coaching debut:

“Not a bad start though, not a bad start.

Tennessee QB Collins post game comments didn’t provide much insight into the reason for his poor outing:

“We had too many turnovers, and that can’t happen. We know we have a lot to improve on.”

Young, meanwhile, related how he had taken the advice of the Titans offensive coordinator and used his legs to keep a play alive and avoid a sack.

“And that’s basically what I did. I saw the free safety relax and he was in the Cover Two, and Kenny adjusted his route and did what he was supposed to do. I just got the ball to him.

Luke McCown started for Tampa Bay, though wasnt able to do much on offense either. He was tightlipped about his performance in postgame interviews:

“We have some things to clean up. We will look at the tapes and get better at it on Monday”

After the game head coach Morris indicated that veteran Byron Leftwich will start Tampa Bays next NFL preseason game, with McCown coming on in relief.

Tampa Bay will make the short trip to Jacksonville next Saturday to face the Jaguars, who will be playing their first NFL preseason contest of the year on Monday night. Theyll then host Floridas other NFL team, the Miami Dolphins, the following week. The Titans will head to Dallas for a game against the Cowboys next Friday night. The Titans will open the NFL regular season against the Superbowl Champion Steelers at Pittsburgh on Thursday, September 10th. Tampa Bay will begin the 2009 campaign at home, welcoming the Dallas Cowboys to Raymond James Stadium on Sunday, September 13.
